- Must be graduates of either BS in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Eight (8) years minimum of working experience in oil and gas/EPC industry is required for this position. Preferably Supervisor specializing in Costing or equivalent.
- Knowledgeable in preparing “Cost Control Procedure” consistent with project policies, contractual terms with clients and/or subcontractors.
- Knowledgeable in assessment of the “Definitive Cost Estimate: (DCE) for the project such as estimated manhour, material, and construction cost.
- Can set up and update of “Project Cost Status Report” (PCS).
- Knowledgeable in estimating and handling the “Change Order”, for client and assist the Project Manager and/or the Construction Manager to negotiate with client.
- Knowledgeable in monitoring and analyzing the trend about the actual consumed cost and anticipate the final cost for the whole of the Project.
- Can perform “Check Estimate” which updates final cost forecast.
- Can prepare and/or update various cost/financial data including “Payment Schedule” and “Exposure List” for reporting to the Accounting Dept.
- Can prepare and issue “Cost Reports” to client by the designated timing in case of reimbursable project and for annual company settlement of account twice a year.
- Knowledgeable in analyzing and evaluating the final cost data and prepare a report as a company’s historical data at the end of the project.
